Today was a good day. Got up around 9, not hung over, feeling pretty decent even though I again had a lot of trouble sleeping last night. Had a good breakfast eggs, sausage, potatoes and pico.

Hung out with the kids, watched some college football today. Then went outside for a while and went to baseball practice. Had a good practice, probably better than any one I have had in a while due to NOT nursing a hang over.

Went out and picked up my kid's b day present for tomorrow. So now just waiting for dinner, and hanging out with the kids watching some tv and trying to get the lil one to roll over.

Head ache seemed to subside over the course of the morning and I dont have one now. Pretty freeking nice. Talked to a friend of mine who is now 16 days sober, so it is nice to have someone to talk to about that.

Tomorrow I have my daughters b day party then will relax and watch some football. Hope everyone is doing well. I feel like I am starting to turn the corner. Yes!

Yeah it is cool! Today has been another good day! I feel that the start of the corner is behindme. Now if I could only get to sleep at night. But heck I'd rather be tired than hung over. Anyone reading this... its possible! ! If I of all people can do it so can you.

It is better at least! A little stressful as work is really getting to the busy time... But hey I am going through it sober and without a hang over. I havent really thought that much about having a drink as it rarely crosses my mind, I just feel like something is amiss. But it is a good feeling too. Quite weird, but enjoyable.
