Wobble

Day/eve 2 had a wobble this eve heard the same old voice saying , come On your fine grab a bottle and don't drink tomorrow ( because that always happens !!) had to walk around the supermarket chanting to myself " you don't want a hangover " over and over again . I did look at the wine as I passed it then made myself remember how ill I felt after the last 2 bottles and carried on walking FAST before i managed to talk myself into a bottle . Safe at home now and Confident I've managed the 2nd day. Hope every one else is enjoying a sober evening :-)

Well done for coming out of the supermarket without any booze I had a wobble last night and got through it with chocolate and keeping busy. Just think how great you'll feel tomorrow knowing you are on day 3!

Excellent. You did it! I can well imagine how that all went down so I can totally relate to what you had to work through to make it home bottle free.

Good job. This is huge!

I try to avoid the wine/beer aisle as much as possible while at the grocery store. If I do have to go around it, I tell it to F off the entire way! I also say (out loud if no one is around & in my mind if they are), "I no longer need you. I no longer want you. I no longer need you. I no longer want you..." over & over & over until I'm past it. May sound crazy but it works for me.
