Had a rough week now I find myself here

I had a recent relapse so I'm looking for help in recovery. I've attended 2 NA meetings and I found the second to be helpful. I plan to go to more. I've been to rehab more times than I'd like to admit. I never stay when I do go so I haven't found rehab to be useful for me. I'm currently in an outpatient program called ICOS. I don't know if anyone has heard of that. Anyways, I'm glad there is a website like this and I know I'm going to find it useful. My name is Brooke and I'm glad to be seeking sobriety.

If anyone would like to talk feel free to PM me or IM me on Skype.

You'll find SoberRecovery to be a great way to reinforce your sobriety. Read around and post often!

Hi.
Unfortunately I can identify with that thinking for around 2 years. My problem was that alcohol had taken over my rocket scientist thinking process so I continued to suffer until I stopped drinking as I don’t suffer well as the pain had got unbearable.

We have choices, one way is to continue repeating the same old same old, the other is to become disciplined and live a sober life. Both are work but one the results are great if we let it.

BE WELL
