Day 4 is now suddenly a challenge (HELP)!
So, day 4 and its been going well....
Tonight however, after a good but mentally draining day I just want to "UNWIND"
Til Four days ago That used to be 8 beers...... and a hangover.
Lately its been the gym or something very good for me.
Tonight I do not have the energy to do ANYTHING. (like the gym etc)
Can you suggest anything to help ...

I also think watching a movie sounds like a good idea. You don't HAVE to go to the gym, just because you have on other days. Don't be hard on yourself. It's only Day 4. Do what you need to do to just make it through today.
yup - movie or book time - anything to distract you from the cravings. It'll pass.
Some days you are going to just be TIRED. and that is AOK and normal.
Remember the torture we put our bodies through for so long...it's going to take some time to adjust...
I'm just over 4 months and I still have periods of complete depletion. Like, it's a task to brush my hair. That being said - it still beats a hangover any day of the week!
