Day 4 is now suddenly a challenge (HELP)!

So, day 4 and its been going well....
Tonight however, after a good but mentally draining day I just want to "UNWIND"
Til Four days ago That used to be 8 beers...... and a hangover.
Lately its been the gym or something very good for me.
Tonight I do not have the energy to do ANYTHING. (like the gym etc)

Can you suggest anything to help ...
HELP!!!!!!

a quick walk, bubble bath, good music, dancing, making a nice meal, ordering out, get a hobby started, organize something, read a book, watch a move......

you can do this!

Sounds like a movie night to me. Popcorn and sweets. Fire up Lord of the Rings...Or your alternative and there's your evening.

Don't give in...the intensity of the craving will lessen.

So far my answer has been cake. Lots of cake. Films are good too, though!! I'm on day 4 too, although it's 11pm here in the UK and I'm laying in bed! You can resist this xx

First few weeks I didn't have much energy either!!

I dug out some movies, box sets or online games, chilled out and was good to myself!!

I also think watching a movie sounds like a good idea. You don't HAVE to go to the gym, just because you have on other days. Don't be hard on yourself. It's only Day 4. Do what you need to do to just make it through today.

Sounds like popcorn and a movie, THEN cake and ice cream.
Next I will be joining a weight loss forum!!! but doin it sober.

yup - movie or book time - anything to distract you from the cravings. It'll pass.
Some days you are going to just be TIRED. and that is AOK and normal.
Remember the torture we put our bodies through for so long...it's going to take some time to adjust...
I'm just over 4 months and I still have periods of complete depletion. Like, it's a task to brush my hair. That being said - it still beats a hangover any day of the week!

Ya I went through that... We were really hard on our bodies so it takes time to build energy back up... I ate everything sweet for days 4-6 ish... Felt drained but back to normal soon after...
