Has anyone experienced achy legs during early recovery?

Yep totally. Have you seen your Dr. yet? Alcoholics are often malnourished as alcohol prevents the body from absorbing vitamins and minerals, assuming we even ate healthy diets.

Any number of deficiencies in these areas can cause bone or muscle pain.

If it is unrelated to alcohol a Dr. visit is in order as well.

Yes and I would get a burning sensation if I so much as touched the skin on my legs. It was weird. x

I am trying to eat healthy now and started taking a B complex.

I do sleep, but it is a really weird schedule. Maybe that has something to do with it?

Never had this before with my last attempts. Guess I really screwed up my body.

Same here Luper, first time I have had it & I'm 6 weeks in... mainly in the morning & tends to ease up around mid day... Wishing you well..

Yes, aches, pins and needles, all that. I thought it was related to a recent full body waxing

I am on Day Two and I can say I have had all over body aches. Just feeling run down in general. I do take a mult-vitamin which I think helps, but after drinking as much as I have, it is no surprise. Hang in there and see your Dr. if you think you need to, but do take care of yourself.
