Back again peeps.......

There is unfortunately no logic in Addiction, the only way to break the vicious cycle is to have a plan and follow it religiously. Have you considered changing yours?
The plan must be detailed, you need contingency measures in there, what if... A best friend comes over with a case of 24, what if I go to an event involving booze. And like any good project manager, you are executing the plan but you have people helping, support, counselors, etc.
Sad to see the weekend got the better of you, keep posting and we can help you work things trough. Don't give up, this addiction is relentless and cunning.
