4 days until a full month fully sober

no coffee, no cigarettes, no weed, wine, alcohol, anything and i want to tell you guys how important it is to embrace and be grateful for the people you have in your life!!!! those who are good energy in it!! Love you guys

Wow that's incredible! Congrats! It's taken all I have to get off alcohol. I have quit alcohol, and almost all caffeine. Cigarettes will be the last thing for me. (And I'm waiting till I get some seriously significant sober time under my belt before I try to tackle that one)

Congratulations and good on you

I want to do a month of sobriety so badly... and I just have so many social situations that involve drinking. However, I don't want to isolate myself by staying in when facing such a task. How did you ensure that you were successful?
