Double Digits

Yep! Today is day 10!!! I am feeling stronger each day, but am not letting my guard down. There have been times that the little pesky AV mentioned having a drink to me. I shut those thoughts down real quick.

11 days ago I was drunk as a skunk, but wanted to quit. I didn't know if I would be able to. I have been taking it one day at a time. The first 3 or 4 days were the hardest. If you're just beginning your journey, hang in there. Each day gets a little better.

Well done Sinderos. After week 1 it seems (dare i say it?) really easy.

So far so good, day 11 for me & have no concerns about getting to day 12. Then the weekend full of temptation!!

Well done. Ten days is good. I'm on day 17 now but I have to work till 2am. That's always hard because I tend to be vulnerable to temptation when I'm tired and I've just finished work. I tried to deal with it by writing down a timetable for the day.
