Thanks!

You guys are truly amazing and so supportive!

I now know that I have to visit this site more often, and from now on, if I get even a small "calling" to have a drink, I will pop on right away to get some alcohol free love.

Just being around others that have gone through this gives me inspiration that helps more than sheer willpower. I know if I can get past 3 days in a row, it will be somewhat "easier" to stay stopped.

For me support was key, will power and simply resisting alcohol on my own only went so far!!

Checking in on SR sounds like a good tweak to your plan!!
