Meraviglioso

We talk a lot about how wonderful it is to wake up hangover free and sober. I am finding more and more how nice it is to go to bed sober. Instead of passing out after god only knows what kind of half-way personal hygiene routine, I know take the time and care to wash my face, I'm even flossing every night! I have read some nights or others I just go straight to sleep. It is so nice to actually feel my body in the bed and be perfectly aware of the relaxation of resting and falling asleep.

I still relish that feeling
I think sleep deprivation plays into going batsh$t crazy, all the nights passing out and not getting proper sleep . enjoy the feel of the sheets
