30 days! :)

So, today marks my official 30 days of sobriety from both Benzos and Alcohol. (Alcohol is closer to 3 months). There have been ups and downs in this time, but overall it seems like the anxiety is diminishing, but Im left feeling off. Hopefully this goes away soon. But, either way, Im feeling quite proud.
