Not drinking tonight is easier than....
not sending a text to somebody I've become, well, "quite fond of". Not going into details, but SHEESH, I'm antsy to text this somebody and the impulse to do so feels like the urge to drink used to! Drink now, feel good, worry about it later. Text now, feel good, etc...
