Day 10...drinking dream # 2! :(
So I'm back in double digits so sobriety. This morning makes 10 days.
Yesterday was tough..I bent but didn't break...followed through on my plan and made it through...did a couple of CBT exercises to diffuse some powerful impulse thoughts about drinking.
And...drinking dream #2 occurred last night...involved being at an AA meeting where the speaker opened by producing a bottle of whiskey and starting to drink while he was talking...the audience proceeded to do the same!
My best friend was there...and said screw this lets get a beer...
I was woken by that point...took a minute to collect myself and realized hey I'm STILL sober!
Stay strong friends...this ride is getting wild but I'm not going back to drinking EVER.
