I've stopped keeping track of how many times I've tried and failed. I may fail this time too who knows but I know that I'm feeling good and I am finding ways to keep busy to keep me away from old habits!

Removing the option to fail is a good plan, but plans are only as good as the execution! No one goes into this planning on failing but I am a realist on everything in life and ANYTHING can happen at any time to anyone.
it's just life as we know it.
But now I'm on day 13! This is by far the farthest I been for at least two years and although I do get slight cravings from time to time throughout the day, I can say I truly feel better about my chances this time! Good luck to all! God Bless!
