Is this withdrawals?

So this might be a stupid question but, I was sober for 24 hours. I woke up on my first sober morning coughing up lots of crap. As the day progressed and I had lunch and did some shopping with my big brother I started feeling achey and tired. Then dizzy and heavy headed and finally, nauseous. I broke and poured a glass of wine and now I'm starting to feel better. I hate that I broke, but is that withdrawals? Is that what I have to deal with? Or do I just have a coincidental cold? The reason I ask is I know mild withdrawals can feel like the flu, so just thought I'd ask some people who know from experience.

Hello!
Yes it is. Tomorrow resist the urge and imagine the following week you'll be sick. Eventually see your Dr. to be sure.
Good luck and be strong!

A hangover is mild withdrawl. "Hair of the dog" modifies and postpones the inevitable but the more and longer you drink, the worse "hangovers" get. Death by fatal seizure is generally considered the worst hangover. Before that, you may wish you were dead.
