Day 7 and weekend is here.
Well I'm proud to say to day I have my first week under my belt.
It's not been easy but it's also not been as bad as I thought.
I've got a routine going and it seems to be working so as long as I do exactly the same next week what has worked for me this week then I should be fine.
Can I say a massive thank you to SR and to every single one if you who has given me kind words and invaluable encouragement.
This is a wonderful place that we should ALL be proud of.
Thanks everyone, and to anybody just starting out today then you've come to the right place and your future starts today.....
PS. Hope my forum buddy Striket is doing well and enjoying Disneyland

Striket it's so good to hear from you...... It's now day 8 isn't it.... Lol I'm losing track.
Told you I'd have your back and I know you've got mine too..... You have no idea how much difference it makes knowing somebody is out there fighting the same battle at exactly the same time, whether it's the the other side if the world irrelevant, we're in this together. Can't even explain how good I'm feeling right now.... I genuinely can't see me going back now, I'm feeling fresh, full if energy, happy and feeling strong in the gym. Happy days.
