i am an alcoholic and i hate it
I can't stand that I gave in. .I was sober for years and started drinking only on a blue moon when I went out but now I am back to drinking almost daily. I feel like I am letting everyone down. I drank yesterday and today I threw up blood. I am looking myself and I don't want to.
Welcome Ellmarie. There is so much support here. I would recommend seeing a doctor so you can get checked out and make sure all is ok. If you'd like there is a class of August that has a ton of support. We would love for you to join us. .
Ellemarie throwing up blood is something I done for at least 2 years it happens from excessive alcohol your most prob got a tear in your oesopegous I would stop drinking immediately or its off to hospital

Hi Elle, I too think a drs visit is in order. I can relate to the drinking time and time again. Sometimes we should just take a step back and think, this is my life and I want to feel good. The hangovers get old. The disappointments get old. Maybe try a new plan. You can do it, you have before. Remember how good you felt without the booze?
