so proud of my Kids
Hi All ,, thought you would be proud to know that a lot of kids of problem parents turn out well.. this is my son the Moose Spc Roseland soon to be Sgt Roseland .... wish my Pop could have seen this...

1. It is with great confidence his letter of recommendation for SPC Barry Roseland. In the past year he has consistently impressed me with both his technical and leadership skills. I have been his senior supervisor for the past year and can personally attest to his intelligence, fortitude, and professionalism.
2. SPC Barry Roseland has performed his duties in an exceptional manner. He possesses a inherit ability to lead and develop subordinate Soldiers. He possesses the natural ability to express complicated and technical information clearly and concisely. As a demonstration of his ability to excel at learning, he not only excelled in the operations portion of his responsibilities, but serves as a resilient trainer for some of our younger Soldiers.
3. I am convinced SPC Barry Roseland will be successful in any endeavor he attempts.

very time I read the letter copy i have go into tears.. my little mouse that roared to a Army Field Art in the sand box that goes on as a Templar Knight to help his younger soldiers that could be his sons..and daughters.. my Moose.. he gave me the Blue Star and I wear it proudly on my heart.. and like you all and your kids they all went thro so much to grow up... love ardy.. sorry I need a tissue...

Hi here's a thought do you have a child that has done something small med large are they trying to deciede what to do with their lives or have they taken that step to college to Uniform to whatever.. Brag about.. you are good parents you have great kids.. time to shout it out to the World... hugs ardy
