This how I done it if I stayed awake from the night like all night I buy energy drinks to get me through to bedtime

You won't need to drink loads but its a mental thing break the barrier and try to get ready for bed for around 10/11 pm can't believe I now try to go bed at these times but I also suffer

Yeah energy drinks coffee etc to help break the barrier to get you to bedtime

Sleeping during the day depresses me but that's just me everybody is diffrent

It took ages for my sleep to adjust, at the start I ended up pushing through till 7/8pm and then crashed, no harm in doing that, if the body needs it to repair!!

Warm bath/shower and green tea in the evenings relaxed me before bedtime too after that!!
