my first motivation.. finally a positive note.
2 months in, 2nd day in this forum and 2nd post today. I've made my first new discovery about myself. Nature. It's where I finally feel at peace. Under a tree. Sitting by a stream. Walking in the woods. Peace. At last. I've been waiting for a moment like this for awhile now. Is this my new self medication? I sure hope so.

Me too nature humanises me
When I lived in Greece at 18 and got homesick i used to walk through forests sit at the beach the sound of waves crashing at night is hypnotic
The sound of the birds in the morning the pesky mockingbird who won't stop yapping every morning who I can't do without
The sun rising in the morning my soul rises with it and when it goes twilight and the stars come out that's when im really home just sitting back looking at the stars

Absolutely beautiful. The beach is my true peace. I love to surf, and be at one with the ocean, however it's 2 hours away. One of my new goals... figure out how to move closer to the ocean.
