Has anyone been super tired since quitting drinking??? Its been five weeks an im still tired as heck

Only into it a little over 2 weeks and am very tired. Have more ambition to do things, but very tired during the day. Hope it gets better.

Three weeks and still tired. I am also starting to get headaches in the afternoon.

Took me a few months to finally feel a burst of energy, the body is going to take time to heal and repair!!

Headaches and feeling drained I used to have mid afternoon too, a drop in blood sugar seemed to be the reason, as I wasn't consuming all the alcohol anymore which is full of sugar, a sugar fix sorted that out I found!!

Hang in there guys, small steps, years of drinking can't be wiped out in a matter of weeks!!
