Coffee, that is!!

I know a lot of us wrestle with caffeine - I'm still searching for the 'right' choice for me, so I found this interesting and thought I'd share;

good link. makes sense. I have morning coffee almost every day. the real important one is after lunch, however. a decent lunch makes me want to nap. I think the siesta tradition in many countries has reason behind it. we don't do that though.
so if I take it easy in the morning (2cup max) then the after lunch coffee is effective at keeping me going while I digest. last call is no later than 4pm. I do fudge this once in a while, but pay for it with the "jimmy legs" in bed.

I was at my docs yesterday and she knows my love for coffee. All she said was that I should drink organic. The chemicals used in the others are really bad for me . . .and she is fully away of my drinking history. Always make the healthiest choice when eating or drinking whatever it is.

“I am hopelessly addicted to coffee,” Penick admits. He says he drinks at least eight cups of coffee a day and even drinks coffee at night. “I have tried in the past to cut down on my coffee consumption, but I've found that it is harder than quitting smoking, which I did successfully four years ago.”
Quote from the article. I think this is true.

Interesting read. I have been giving a lot of thought to coffee lately as my consumption is definitely up since I sobered. As I have been very cognizant of my anxiety and irritability of late...I have been wondering if perhaps coffee has to go... I don't know if I am ready for more (what feels like) sacrifice at the moment, but I'm definitely giving it some thought.
