Hi im Kieran.Ive always had trouble with alcohol.
In my partying days,when things went wrong,when things went right,it really didnt matter alcohol was always there.
So now I find myself alone,regreting my choice to drink last night and knowing that this is the end of the line for me and the booze.
Im here to reach out to others,im sick of being alone,of isolating mysef.
I want to talk to people again,I want to stop feeling sad and focusing on the past.
I want to live again...

I felt the same when I finally let go of it. I wanted to live again. I was tired of barely making it through every day, with no hope or joy. You can get your life back.

I really like the way you phrased "regretting my choice to drink" because you're right. It's a choice. I know for me towards the end I think I forgot that. Now every day (since the middle of July) I haven chosen not to drink and it's a very empowering feeling.
