At the moment in my life things are ok I got beat by my brother at snooker yesterday he then kindly bought me chicken and chips before we started playing I had a moment
He is 7 months sober from multiple addictions and there we were 2 brothers having a game of snooker the alcoholic in me wants you to know I normally win I got demolished by him he was seriously good

There is a problem with my wages being paid today so can't do shopping bills etc before I could silly about such things not anymore

I know 2 ppl who are sadly losing their lives tthrough alcoholism and T.cancer

Life must go on and that is hard

Point I'm making is in time my fridge freezer full bought new oven decorating a big house action planning going parks journal going the extra mine giving more listening more understanding more being there for my gf making pack lunch being uncle wolf

I could go on but I started writing things down I learned like that

Now in learning from here this site and if you can keep an open mind try to discussand read others and wow my gf asked hat does it feel like to see ppl hit a day 5 days a week etc

I said it gives me hope that in can do it

I just want to thank every single 1 of you and keep it up
