After a sleepless night, I am drained. But I managed to finish my work, will take a nap, and when I wake up, I will make myself pretty and go to the bank. I will be opening my bank account. This morning, my check came in the mail. Let's consider it a sign from above.

One step at a time. Sometimes its one breath at a time. You can do this. Try to see the positives in your life. That is what helps me. Even if it is a duck frolicking on the side of a pond or bird chirping in a tree. I try to notice the beauty in something everyday and be grateful for it. It helps to take the focus off all the stress and remind me there is some good in the world.
