I hope you know that I and
many of us here in SR are here to
help you and guide you with care,
concern, guidance and suggestions.
Don't hesitate to ask for what you
want or don't understand. It's ok
to ask.
Many have helped me by taking time
to listen to me and passing on some
good suggestions to guide me and
take advantage of even if I don't
understand.
If members in recovery have learned
to stay sober or clean a day at a time
by following some suggestions then
you can too. It takes action in order
to achieve what you want.
I hope that makes sense.
I want people to help me because
I couldn't or cant stay sober on my
own.
All we need is the willingness to take
one step at a time. One step, one foot
in front of the other, keeping an open
mind at some suggestions and follow
them.
One small step. That's all.
