Just realised this is my first sober Sunday in a very long time. Last Sunday I was so drunk after drinking wine and lager through the day. Went on to vodka when my kids and husband went to bed. The scarey thing and one of the factors in me finally waking up to the fact I have a problem is I have no recollection of drinking the vodka at all and aside from the almighty hangover and the empty bottle wouldn't have ever remembered.

Also since realising my drinking is far from normal I have been getting flash backs and feeling remorse for so many things I have done whilst drunk.

I suppose what I can't get my head round is why it has taking me so long to realise I have a problem.
