It's obviously sleeping or dormant... or whatever!?! Gawd, I hope I don't get a sneak attack craving at 7 in the bloody am. Since deciding to quit I've been full of surprises, so that wouldn't... aha!

It might be down to people on the chat room encouraging me to vent this morn after hearing about me not having the ballz to yesterday before I got drunk.

I felt stronger this eve as I had a plan on what I'd do when I needed some help. Having a plan helps.

If anyone else is struggling right now go do some venting. Reach out. Ask for help. Learning from others and dealing with issues healthily is the way forward.

Thanks everyone for your support. You've all been so kind. I know it's gonna get tough, tough and tougher from here on out but I'll keep trying Let's do this.

TinyOwl, having a ballsy plan is essential to this. It takes badassery and courage to do this, to make this plan and to see it through. I will promise you that soon, very soon, you will look back and wonder why the heck you waited so long to do this. It only seems daunting from this vantage.
