6 months........Whah?
I just passed six months, and it's been a real ride! I am flourishing and struggling every day, I am strong and weak, happy and scared. I have overcome challenges and didn't turn to alcohol. I also have a slew of challenges on my horizon and I am fearful, but I use my fear to keep me on the path. I am
Still shocked waking up without hangovers and enjoy so many more things, especially my family. I feel like I have taken a step on my journey, and I can see the road ahead and want to stay on it. Thank you to this wonderful community for support and kindness! Let's keep going!

EJ43, Congratulations on 6 months...6 months is a wonderful milestone...
I could have written your post as it has been my experience as well...
It is definitely better than where I was 9 months ago....the hangovers gone, how did we ever accept a daily hangover as an acceptable way to begin our day....So much better now..Well done you are a inspiration.
