A Quick Introduction

Hi All!

I quit drinking in late July 2014 in response to a health scare (that ironically turned out to be totally unrelated to alcohol).

Definitely for the best though since the event helped clarify that drinking had developed into a really bad habit- and continuing to do so certainly would have had serious negative effects in multiple areas of my life.

I look forward to supporting everyone's journey and celebrating many, many successes!
