An truly not wanting either right about now. But I walked by the store & as much as I wanted a bottle to get hammered; I said no. Maybe even out loud. Not sure really, today has been a nightmare of a blur. Been in tears for most of it.

Between my pain, the news of my "reconsideration" being denied, & the news of my father having cancer, today has not been a good day. I'm exhausted mentally; drained emotionally, & broken physically.

Throw in the fact someone such as Robin can't beat depression it just all seems surreal to me. I am now getting physically I'll when going in public & tremble so bad . Net keeps messing with me so guess I'll just go. Sorry so somber & Thanx.

I'm sorry for all your troubles Dennis.

As far as other people and depression goes, not every story ends the same...there are people right here at SR who deal very successfully with depression and mental illness...

There are a lot of other people in the world who deal with debilitating things like Parkinsons with grace and humor too - Michael J Fox and Billy Connolly come to mind.

Don't let today get you down. Tomorrow just may be a whole lot better
