Hi, I'm new to things like this so it's possibly going to take some time to work out how to use the forum , it doesn't mean I don't want to post it just means I'm not good with computers Which is the most used part of the forum? I think that would be a start

Thank you everyone, just 1 question, I haven't had chance to get to know the forum as yet so thought I would just ask here, is this a forum for those who are actually in recovery, or is it for those pre recovery also...I only ask because I haven't quite got that far and I'm not really sure I should be here

Thanks trachemys, I have quit before , this time is a little more difficult for some reason though. I haven't really sought help before, it's not hard to see when things like this become a problem so in the past I've got to a certain point,realised enough is enough and stopped by myself but this time things are different and I'm still at the stage where I'm trying to work out why in order to change things. I just didn't want to be here if it was going to be detrimental to others and no help to myself that's all.
