I'm not really sure where to start. But I have a few questions, you see I just recently had my boyfriend admit to me that he does cocaine. He says that he can stop and then start anytime that he wants.
I've never done it, so I really don't know if that's possible. He says that he only does it to stay up and cram for exams. But he also said that he has been doing it for several years and he hasn't been in college that long. So is it possible that he is telling me the truth? Even after he admitted that he normally does massive amounts?

If he "normally" does massive amounts, that is not a good sign. I would be suspicious as he already seems to be contradicting himself. Drugs make people lie. I've seen coke turn good people into bad people. How long have you been with him? Being with a coke addict is not fun, I can say from experience.

IMO he is probably being truthful that he is a user but lying or fooling himself about stopping.

But the important question is for you: Do you want a BF that does coke?

I used to say that about my drinking, when I finally tested that theory out it took me 2 years!!

Either way the fact he's still using cocaine is still concerning!!

His actions prove he stops and starts whenever he wants.

It's the stopping you are concerned about. He has yet to prove that.
