Oldie but a newbie
Hi I'm new here. I had 17 years of sobriety before jumping off the wagon around 2007 or 8. Been drinking and smoking on and off for the past 7 years or so. I can see how I got here, but now I want to go back to complete sobriety. It's a bit scary though. I want to throw out my weed, but I'm having a hard time committing. Easier to quit alcohol for me than weed. If I dump the weed I'll check in and keep you posted. If I don't, I think I might be too embarrassed to check back in. I hope I find the strength!!

No judging here. Check back in whether you're clean/sober or not. This forum is full of positive support and success stories as well as the expected frustration, disappointment, confusion, and sadness. We work on it all together.
You've done it before, so you can do it again.

I hope you do check in again Jory. I smoked weed daily for 30 years - if I could stop you can too
