Hi. Last week I went 3 nights without drinking. I was fine. The weekend came, and I was off a long weekend from work, so I convinced myself its ok, its the weekend! I bought beer and then I felt guilty. But I drank it Thursday night and Friday night and during both days I felt like crap. Hungover. I did manage to do the things that I wanted to do, but I'm guessing my initial "guilt" feeling was right. Last night I didn't drink. I feel better today. I am just looking forward to what feeling normal will be like, since I have been drinking for so many years, every night. That's been my normal for so long.

Keep pushing through sagittarius, after a while I too realised that even those few nights I did drink just weren't worth it, as things would spiral!!

Once we realize that we need to be sober, permanently, the Party is broken as I call it.

Drinking will never be fun again because we know deep down what road it will bring us.

Great job on not letting a step back become a flat out never ending binge!

Good luck Sagitarius. I agree with thepatman. I have reached the point where drinking just isn't fun anymore. I've always said the amount of buzz is proportional to the hangover and consequences.
