I do believe I've reached day 7!
I do believe I've reached day 7... Yes! I'm considering rewarding myself with small treats at the end of each week and something slightly bigger at the end of each month. I just calculated the amount I spent a week on alcohol and it's shocking! Onwards and upwards!

Yay! I like the rewarding idea! You do save money from quitting drinking!

Woohoo congratulations on your 7 days!! Today is my 7 day. Weekends were my drinking days....I wouldn't drink Monday to Thursday, but rather than count weekends I'm still counting days. You should definitely treat yourself. There appears to be so many positive things that come with sobriety it's like it's Christmas every day!!!

OK I have 7 and 14 day rewards coming! What should I get/do? Gonna have to think about this one.............
