Day 13... Ready to hit the ground running!
Day 13... Ready to hit the ground running!
Woke up early this morning, sober on day 13!
Ready to get my rear in gear and head to the gym. (Day 7 of healthy eating/working out)
I find that I now have plenty of energy early mornings to work out and I don't crash in the afternoon and take a nap. It feels great!
Also focusing on fitness/weight loss has definitely kept my mind off of drinking.
I really think this time sober is for good! I'm ready to take my health back and keep it! Actually... Scratch that. This time, I KNOW my sobriety is for good!

So pleased for a you Rosie, well done!! I'm a little behind you as you know but it's good to know it just gets better and better. As soon as I'm able, I want to start some sort of exercise too. In a way I'm building up to it by going out for little walks. I'll go to the park later with my daughter and her dog, every little helps. ;-) keep it up!
