1st day of being sober

H. I am new to this site and very nervous. I know that I have come to the right place for some encouragement. I also know that the first week or two will be the hardest but I will stick to it.

Just take it one day at a time. When I think of drinking, I think of where it'll take me and the horrors of the day after. Just remember, you never have to drink or feel that way again.

I'd suggest joining the August Class. It took me failing in March, April, but June seems to be my month and the class does provide some accountability and familiar faces.(sort of)
