Wow tomorrow will be a month ! I am feeling better although still off like everything is brighter and alive ( dream like )-I feel almost on a verge of anxiety when I look around or drive or actually participating in the world! That is the only way I can explain it... I hope that goes away in more time ..I am sure it is part of the anxiety still !

I want to thank everyone on here for the support and kind words. It is so great to have a place where we are all together and not alone on this journey !

Good work on a month! You get used to it after a few more months are in the can. I think by six months sober I was feeling pretty settled in. At thirteen months now, drinking isn't part of my life anymore, the idea of picking up seems strange, it's not something I can see myself doing.
