Tomorrow will be a week sober!
Yup.... A week sober tomorrow. Feels good. What I really want is to make it past a month sober.
In the past 5 or so years, I've gone a month sober twice. Both times in an attempt to lose weight. Not because I wanted to quit drinking for good.
This time I have the intentions of making it far past a month and making it something that will be permanent. The difference about this time is that I have acknowledged my problem and have the support from my live in boyfriend. He knows all to well about my awful drinking habits.
This time I will make it fast past 1 month. This time, I'm not looking back to alcohol!

I'm now committing to a healthier lifestyle overall. I used to care about my looks and my body but it all dwindled with the drinking.
I've gained A LOT of weight. Partially due to meds (I'm off those certain meds now) and a lot due to alcohol/drunk eating.
I'm eating healthy... Kicking my rear in gear and going to the gym.
I also haven't had a hair cut since last September!! Finally made an appointment and I'm going to dye my hair! I'm revamping my life!!
