Day 2 checking in, feeling AWFUL just totally exhausted and dizzy and groggy but I know I must do this!

I felt pretty darn good at 30 days, I want that feeling back and THIS time I wont be making that horrid mistake again!!

I'm with you.. I'm back on day 1 & feel total pants!!!!! Make sure you get plenty of fluids in you... I find warm water with fresh lemon really helps..
