I saw this on another forum I post on an it's been very helpful.

I'm sad/angry because:

My boyfriend broke my favorite record in half because the last time I listened to it I was drunk and mean to him.

Side note: it was the Temple of the Dog record and Soundgarden are playing our town tonight. Would've loved to listen to that record tonight rather than wait for the replacement he got me in the mail...

Recently having two front teeth pulled. Drinking more important than dental care. Hard to smile. I'll get artificial replacements when affordable.
Move onward, don't stay sad.
