The what ifs used to terrify me too. Things will look better in the morning - they always did.

The best thing you can do is draw a line under tonight and commit to a new way of doing things from tomorrow.

I've failed many times. This last time was epic. Wife still believes in me. Just keep it going. I've only been back on the wagon a few days now, stressing but I'm sober. We've all failed just keep trying!

What's done is done. The only thing you can do is make a fresh start,day 1 and nothing like this need ever happen again
