Day 4
I am feeling so much better today. Fridays are really hard for me because I always justified drinking and breaking my sobriety for a "relaxing Friday". I went out with friends last night that were drinking and told them I am done with it for good. They were very supportive and didn't try to pressure me. I woke up this morning and I feel on top of the world, cause its one more day hangover free!

Good for you! I am so glad that you could share with your friends and they were supportive! Keep taking it one day at a time. You have one drink-free Friday behind you 
Think of something you can do for yourself on Fridays to reward yourself for getting there. I have a weakness for chocolate that I indulge in my celebration moments Yeah for no hangovers!

Congratulations on day four! hat was always a tough for me, but you made it through last night so you should have no problem.
