Hawkeye thanks I have experienced days following no alcohol.the night before. For instance. Yesterday I got up at 7am and took my dog out for 2 hours. Today after drinking last nite I got up at lunchtime and wrote in my journal about how crap I felt and my poor dog didn't get a walk until 5pm

Hey Trachy so good to see you back. I've always lurked here and always,wondered about what happened to you. The marchers are doing so well but I don't want to interfere with them as I.don't want to remind them what drinking is like. Good to see you again Trachy xx.
