2 weeks ago I made a huge decision and put down my last drink. Week one was hell and it's only due to the help and support that I've found on this site that I made it through. The second week has been significantly easier. A lot of the stuff I read about in the first week is beginning to make sense. I am thankful to be sober and, yes, actually beginning to enjoy lige some of the time. I'm also eating a lot of ice cream and doing a lot of sport!
