Reasons to stay sober

Wish I could stay in this frame of mind all the time, I'm reminded and so very clear on how much alcohol slowly takes away all the things I love.

More than anything I regret how lethargic and critical alcohol made me in my relationship. Sometimes I wonder if I'll ever be truly looked at in another way, beyond all of that.

Hope everyone is doing well.

^^^#4 and #7 are tops on my list.

Freedom from thinking about booze all the time is really great.

Sadly, we give those things away so that we can keep alcohol.

Good to see you again. Glad you are in a good frame of mind.

I wanna be happy and healthy. I want to feel peace and serenity. When I drinking I am absolutely miserable. It's the worse feeling in the world.

Not feeling wiped out for days. I knew that I crossed the threshold into full-blown alcoholism when the standard-issue hangover turned into a 3-day marathon of Suck that nearly landed me in hospital.
