A prayer for my love Paul..

He's going to try to go cold turkey on booze, pot and maybe cigs....

He's distrustful of the program.. doesn't want to attend meetings cause he thinks they'll try to make him do things he doesn't want to do. I tried to explain that everything in the program is "suggestions" and he has the right to take what he likes and leave the rest... but ... I'd be bloody amazed if he went to a meeting.

I just wanted to put his name here... hopefully anchor him somehow...

He's in pain right now..
Please.. say a prayer for him.

Chy... I'm hoping he'll find his way here...
I just don't want to seem like I'm "herding" him.. it might put him off even more.
But.. I'll gently point out that there are recovery forums on the net... if he can't bring himself to a meeting.
