No, you're not. If you truly wanted to fall off the wagon you'd have just gone to the store without posting this. We are here to try to talk you out of that foolish action.

Don't give in. You'll regret it in the morning. Stay strong!

first thing to do is try and breathe and relax Toni.

Second thing is to remember you're not a puppet. You have free will.

Your inner addict can throw a fit as much as it likes but it needs your arms and legs to cooperate for it to get its fix.

You have absolute right of veto on that. Use it

Think how awesome you will feel tomorrow waking up sober...

There are some great tips for cravings here too.

Hammer out what is that going to do for you? happiness? surely it's going to make you feel worse tomorrow morning!!

There is not a single reason why you NEED that alcohol, your mind is creating myths as to why, don't listen to it!!

You can do this!!

Whew i made it through the night..... i called my friend who is also an alcoholic an of course he was already drunk.... i just listened to how stupid he sounded on the phone an it was enough for me lol i couldn't believe i must have sounded like that also drunk.. he told me how horrible he is going to feel in the morning an prob vomit his brains out. Then before i could get to bed he called me back an said he just arrived at the bar, which means he drove drunk to get there. I called him this morning an got no answer. Im assuming he'd still sleep which would make him an hour late for work.. im glad i didn't drink, sure i would've had fun but felt horrible this morning an continued to drink throughout Sundays... well im off to do laundry an get some exercise in...........good morning day 10....
