I truly hope its the last day one. I want to leave all this nonsense and insanity behind. Boyfriend wants me to clean the house asap (its not all that bad) but Im doing my self help routine first instead, then the house chores. I always seem to have a huge slump in the afternoon, so I think even if I have to cry by myself or rant on here or something Ill get through it. Im feeling positive and a little excited about a sober life right now...I just hope the bf is in a better mood when he wakes up.

Hi Windancer - like others said, you can make this your last Day 1 if you really put your mind to it and focus your energies on your sobriety and whatever it takes to get there.

I've also read your other thread about the boyfriend... I would suggest, again, that you focus on you even in your mind, and not on whatever your bf does, says, or thinks. That might just push you back into more cycles of frustration and probably drinking.

What have you tried to do for your sobriety? Try something new

I agree Haennie. I must try to focus on ME and block out the negativity from him. Im pretty sure he will come round onces he sees Im not just talking, but actually DOING!
